Support
Call Recorders has built fault diagnostics error
reporting.
Software configurations and upgrades can be
all be done remotely via card inserted into the Call
Recorders card reader.
For customers with support contracts we will dispatch an
engineer to site with spare recorder if necessary to ensure the absolute
minimum of downtime.
For systems under warranty please return to Voice
Recorders Ltd and we will repair and turn around as quickly
as possible.
Support contracts will be provided at the time of
quotation.
