Effective July 1st, 2006

We hereby certify that our Vidicode products listed on our website as
RoHS compliant effective July 2006, will comply with directive 2002/95/EC of
the European Parliament and of the Council of January 2003, on the
restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and
electronic equipment (RoHS).
