Installation
Call Recorders and Fax Servers are plug
and play devices, they are supplied with cables and
connectors and manuals and can be installed by a competent
IT Personnel or PC Engineer or Telecoms Engineer. Voice
Recorders will be pleased to provide hot line telephone
support.
Voice Recorders has a team of experienced Installation
Engineers and will be pleased to Install and train your
operators for the chosen products.
Installation: Usually
within 2
weeks following receipt of the customers order.
If
Installation is required by a Voice Recorders Engineer then
please be prepared using the following Guidelines:
Customers
Responsibilities
1. Connection points for
telephones, lines, radios, microphones, ISDN trunks to be
available
within 3 metre of the products location. (We can provide
additional cabling and patch panels
at additional cost)
2. Provide network connection point
RJ45 Socket within 3 meters of the products location
3.
Provide mains power socket within 3 metres of the product
location
4. Provide a static IP address for
the Product.
5.
Customers Network
/ IT specialist to be on site to
configure network settings:
8. Administrator / Operators.
Be available for training
directly after installation completion
allow 2 hours same day.
Please ensure that these
requirements
are adhered to, this will enable a predictable and
successful installation to allow users to be speedily up and
running.
