The Call Recorders automatically record all inbound and outbound telephone traffic. With white and black list numbers you can decide which DDI telephone extensions are included or excluded from being recorded. e.g. record all sales calls but not personnel dept.

Not only is the entire conversation recorded, but also important data such as the number of the caller, the exact date and time and duration of the call.
